Althenia is a personal project created for the dancer and choreographer Loic Dubois. Returning from a spiritual journey in Peru, Loic felt a profound call to express rebirth, a stripping away from the old self and a reconnection to something purer, wilder, and infinitely bigger than us. Through this film, he wanted to embody renewal, freedom and a powerful break with the noise of society, to find an elementary link between body, mind and nature. We shot this piece in the French Alps, where raw landscapes became both witnesses and partners of his movement. The film was then presented on an overhead projector during its exhibition in Switzerland in October 2025.
